These comprehensive training resources have been developed by the Industry Skills Centre at the Association for the Blind of Western Australia. Each resource has been specifically targeted towards keyboard users and focuses on a wide range of applications including Microsoft Windows 7, Internet Explorer 8 and the Microsoft Office suite. Providing services for nearly 100 years, the Association for the Blind of Western Australia is a progressive leader in training and resources for vision impaired clients. Run by our qualified trainers who are highly experienced and passionate about equality of computer access for assistive software users, our courses are accredited and unmatched within the region. We are one of very few organisations currently producing resources of this kind for keyboard users of new Microsoft versions. We are certain that you will not find a resource that is as comprehensive, streamlined and from such a reputable source. The resource packages are provided in Microsoft Word 2007 format (i.e. with the docx file extension). They are available either on a CD that we will post to you or via download. If you are using an earlier version of Microsoft Word you will need to download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for 2007 Office system from here. (file size is 37.0Mb) The downloaded files come as a compressed zipped package that be extracted using most common unzip programs. For more details regard timeframes, cost and method of delivery of these packages please see our Shipping Policy.
